Lifetime warranty

* Due to legal restrictions in Germany, only for a period of 30 years. No time restrictions in other countries.

24-month warranty


Customers benefit from the 24-month warranty when they purchase DICOTA accessories, tablet cases, notebook bags with wheels and electronic components, hard-shell products or special solutions.

Extended 36/48-month warranty


As a customer, you can purchase an extended warranty lasting 36 or 48 months when you buy any of the mobile office solutions, thereby protecting particularly valuable equipment even longer.

Warranty conditions

Should a problem occur with a DICOTA product (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Product’) that’s caused by a material or processing defect, DICOTA may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the Product in accordance with the warranty conditions set forth herein.

The warranty is valid worldwide. It applies solely to the original purchaser or first recipient of the Product and is non-transferable.

The guarantee period is stipulated on the relevant product page on our website. Any faults or defects must be reported within two months of being discovered. The right to replacement or repair shall expire thereafter.

This guarantee applies solely to manufacturing defects and does not cover any damage resulting from an accident, negligence, wrongful use (such as transportation of unusual items), abrasion, water, normal wear and tear, improper handling or care, alteration, misuse or use in extreme temperatures.

The guarantee does not cover the following: Loss or damage to a computer, loss or damage to programmes, records or data, as well as incidental or consequential damages, even if DICOTA was informed of the possibility of such loss or damage. Damage caused by natural forces, such as earthquakes or floods, are also excluded.

In the event of damage, please complete our RMA form to demand guarantee services. In the event that a guarantee claim is valid, you shall be informed whether the Product is to be repaired or exchanged. DICOTA shall bear the costs for any such repair or replacement, including any costs for returning the repaired or replaced Product to you. If the Product needs to be replaced and is no longer available, DICOTA shall provide you with a comparable DICOTA Product.



DICOTA shall not be liable for any claims for damages or consequential damages. The statutory warranty remains unaffected by the provisions of the guarantee.

The exclusion or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages as well as any limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts is not permissible in some states/countries. As a result, the limitation or exclusion described above may not apply in your case under certain circumstances.

Apart from this limited warranty, no further express guarantees shall be accepted. This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. Under certain circumstances, additional rights that vary from state to state and country to country may apply to you.

DICOTA does not accept liability for third-party products, meaning DICOTA does not cover damage to equipment used with DICOTA products.
