Fits well
Snug fit for my laptop size, no shifting around inside even when I'm cycling.
Comfortable back panel
Noticeably more comfortable than my old backpack on long commutes, breathable too. I was skeptical at first given the price, but after a few months of regular use I can say it's held up better than I expected.

Solid padding for the price, holds my laptop safely and looks decent too.
