The previous model was way better !

The previous version of this backpack was significantly better designed and much more practical. It offered far more functionality, with well-thought-out compartment organization and useful internal dividers. With the current model, when you open the backpack, the front flap tends to fold over on its own. If you happen to forget to zip up one of the smaller pockets, everything can easily fall out. It’s really disappointing that there isn’t a worthy successor to such an excellent backpack.

Noticeably more comfortable than my old backpack on long commutes, breathable too.

Held up well across several business trips, nothing has come loose.

Good value

Solid padding for the price, holds my laptop safely and looks decent too.

Fits well

Snug fit for my laptop size, no shifting around inside even when I'm cycling. A colleague asked me about it after noticing the difference, which says something about how noticeable the improvement really is.
