Device Rollout Bundle
Current situation
& market opportunity
The Device Rollout Bundle fundamentally changes this approach. Instead of offering a sleeve, case and lock as three separate items that the customer might order, they are positioned as an integrated package – compatible with the device model, configurable as required, and ready to be added directly to the quote. The result: higher order value, less coordination effort and stronger customer loyalty.

THE BUNDLE IN DETAIL
SLEEVE – PROTECTION FOR THE FIRST AND LAST METER
The sleeve is the simplest and most common protective item in a corporate environment. It protects the device whilst being carried between the office, the home office and client meetings – and is used daily by almost all staff. DICOTA offers sleeves in all standard inch sizes (11‘ to 17’) and for all relevant brands and form factors.
In the bundle, the sleeve is the first visible item – the product that the employee holds in their hands every day. Good quality here creates a positive association with the entire package and, indirectly, with the reseller.
CASE – THE BAG FOR EVERYDAY PROFESSIONAL USE
The case is the main bag for mobile use. In a business context, this means: space for a laptop, power adaptor, mouse, documents and other accessories – organised, robust and professional. DICOTA cases are available in various styles: from the classic briefcase format to the modern rucksack hybrid.
For resellers, the case is often the item with the highest visibility and recognition value. In corporate branding projects (see Solution 6), it is typically the first choice for logo placement.
LOCK – SECURITY AS AN ESSENTIAL ITEM
The Kensington lock or a similar lock is explicitly required in many corporate IT policies – particularly in public sector organisations, financial services providers and healthcare organisations. Anyone who has to purchase the lock as a separate item risks compliance gaps and additional internal administrative work.
When included in a bundle, the lock is the item that transforms an accessories pack into a security package. This significantly changes the pitch when speaking to IT managers: the focus is no longer on bags and cases, but on a complete, policy-compliant device setup.
