LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY ON NOTEBOOKCASES
DICOTA demands the highest quality on all products. Therefore we offer first-buyers of any notebook case and bag excluding cases with trolley systems or cases with electrical components, hard case products and custom-made products a lifelong warranty on possible material or manufacturing errors. DICOTA guarantees the first-buyer that the case or bag has no material or manufacturing errors.
If we should discover upon inspection that a product has such a material or manufacturing error, then we will repair or replace the product at our own discretion free of charge. This warranty is void when the first-buyer sells or gives the case/bag to a third party.
Disclaimer of Liability: This warranty does not cover accidents, improper operation or care, modifications, abuse or effects of force majeure like an earthquake etc., purposeful damage and also excludes demands for indirect or direct losses or consequential damages that are derived from a warranty case. DICOTA offers a warranty of 24 months on notebook cases and bags with trolley functions or with electrical components, hard-shell products and custom-made products for possible material or production failures, starting with the date of purchase.
DICOTA guarantees the first-buyer that the case or bag has no material or manufacturing errors. If we should discover upon inspection that a product has such a material or manufacturing error, then we will repair or replace the product at our own discretion free of charge. This warranty is void when the first-buyer sells or gives the case/bag to a third party.

This warranty does not cover damages that arise from daily operation and wear. Damages that occur due to force majeure, like earthquakes or floods are also excluded. DICOTA also excludes any liability for damage compensation due to expenditures for fulfillment of contract or other consequential damages. The legal warranty is not affected from these regulations of warranty.
In some states and countries the exclusion or restriction of damage compensation for expenditures for fulfillment of contract or other consequential damages is not legal, i.e. the above mentioned restriction or disclaimer of liability may not be valid in your case. In some states and countries the limitation of the duration of warranty is not valid, i.e. the above mentioned restriction may not be valid in your case.
No other distinct warranties exist in addition to this limited warranty. This warranty provides you with certain rights. You may have additional rights that may differ from state to state and country to country.
